Scouting

Today was a great scouting trip for me and my good buddy Birby.  I am shooting some portraits, and I wasn’t sent the wardrobe list until today.  Since the shoot is tomorrow, I didn’t have a whole lot of time to find locations.  Birby and I hit the road in search of some good urban spots in downtown Oklahoma City.

It didn’t take any time before we had found several excellent locations.  I threw the 20-35mm 2.8L on and shot some pretty sweet scouting shots.  I got them all labeled nicely with the address and potential clothing options for each spot.  Tomorrow I won’t be shooting the wide angle much though.  I think I’ll be sticking with a pretty long lens for most of these portraits.

Anyway, enough rambling.  Off to bed.  A successful scouting trip with good company and great coffee.
