Wow, I guess reading is good. Who would have thought? I was just reading some older posts from the iThemes blog and noticed a post about making your WP galleries look great. Thought I would pass it along to the rest of you who missed it as well.

Yesterday I started my new job at iThemes Media. If you stop by my blog very often, you know who they are because I talk about them all the time. This is a really exciting opportunity for me. I by far have the weakest skill set in this office, and I love it. I am surrounded with people who are excellent at what they do, and I am absorbing everything I can.
James, the designer, is fantastic. When he comes in on time (I hope you are reading this James), I really enjoy seeing some of his step by step processes of making logos and site design. Besides being a great designer, he is also great if you ever need to be insulted or cut down. Thanks James!
Chris, the resident code ninja, sits next to me and expands what I know on a minute to minute basis. If it has a a keyboard, he can run it and tell you most things about it. When he gets in to words I have never heard, I just nod my head and hope I can remember it long enough to Google it after our conversation. Great guy too.
Then there is Mr. Cory Miller. Cory knows more stuff about more stuff that I probably ever will. He may not be an expert designer or an amazing coder, but he has great working knowledge of both. Put that on top of being a great people person, and you are spelling success. I want to be a part of anything this guy is doing.
Basically what I am trying to say is that I am really excited about starting work here. Now I guess I should stop writing and get back to work…
Well things have been crazy, but I have finally launched the print sales website. I still have more images that need to be put up, but I just havn’t gotten to do it yet. If you have ever visited the site before, you obviously noticed the new look. I am very proud to be using this new theme from iThemes.com. Cory Miller is pretty much the most amazing designer I could ever hope for. If you are in the market for a new site, do the smart thing and go with WordPress as a CM. Then do the even smarter thing and go to iThemes for your template. Seriously though, I can’t thank them enough for what they have done. They are a great company with some pretty ridiculous customer service.
Well things are getting up and running. I am back working on getting my images uploaded onto the site now that Cory has upgraded my theme to have an awesome image cropping tool. It makes my job pretty simple. But anyway, hope you enjoy the images that are up. Please comment on the images and this blog. I would love to read what anyone has to say. The main galleries are up at the top under portfolio, and I will be adding to that all this weekend. Keep up

Thanks to Cory Miller (and the excellent staff at ithemes.com), I have a website to showcase my photography. Word Press is a lot smarter than me, so I’m sure it will take me some time to get this all up and running. All two of you that will read this, check back and see more to come!!
